Who we are

Go Heating East Anglia Ltd (company number 15840912), based in Norwich, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact us at info@goheatingeastanglia.co.uk or on 07916 014462.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, postcode, business name (if you give one), the type of job and your message. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive the details you share that way.

The site also records basic technical information — pages visited, browser and device type, and error reports — to keep it working and understand how it is used. This does not identify you by name.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange visits, quote, carry out and certify work, and keep the records we are required to keep. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

We only use trusted suppliers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting), Resend (delivering enquiry emails), Microsoft 365 (our email), Sentry (error monitoring) and PostHog (website analytics, hosted in the EU). We may share information where the law requires it, for example with Gas Safe Register.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics run without cookies. Videos are loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode only when you press play; YouTube may then set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email info@goheatingeastanglia.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
